Our Team

Rafael O. Gomez, Esq. is a lifelong resident of Western New York and has been providing legal services to Buffalo-area clients since his admission to the New York State Bar in 2001. With more than 50 jury trial verdicts, Mr. Gomez is a seasoned trial lawyer who handles every case personally — from initial investigation through discovery, trial, and appeal.

Mr. Gomez is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. After graduating in 2000, he gained valuable experience at an insurance defense firm, trying cases from day one. That background gives him a unique advantage: he understands how insurance companies and employers defend these cases — and how to beat them.

Today, Mr. Gomez focuses his practice on employment law and civil rights — including employment discrimination, hostile work environment, sexual harassment, and wage and hour violations — as well as personal injury and medical malpractice. He represents clients in Buffalo, Erie County, Niagara County, and throughout Western New York.
